Onboard Regulations

Before booking our experiences at sea, we invite you to read these provisions carefully, as, once you have paid for the excursion, you will have automatically accepted all the conditions.

Charter Sardinia, hereinafter referred to as CS, of the Pierre Servizi company, promotes, develops and manages tourist activities, such as charters/experiences and occasional rentals in exclusive or shared, with equipment owned or managed by the same.

You can book through our website, via whatsapp, by phone, by email. The description and availability of the services is in real time and is displayed when you select the date and type of excursion, which could however always be subject to some variation due to events of greater cause.

At the time of booking you will be asked for the data necessary for the optimal organization of the service, and the customer is required to communicate them truthfully. Any food intolerances, health information or personal restrictions must be reported in writing at least 5 days before the service. For day trips, the minimum number is required to guarantee the service; if the minimum number is not reached, we will contact you to discuss the available options, or you will be notified of cancellation and refund. We accept different types of payment: Bank Transfers, Credit Card via Stripe, Cash.

CS considera una prenotazione confermata solo se il pagamento è andato a buon fine: questa deve avvenire sempre prima dello svolgimento del servizio. Il cliente riceverà sempre una conferma di prenotazione via SMS , whatsapp e mail una volta completata la transazione. Ti preghiamo di conservare questa conferma e di presentarla al momento dell’imbarco.

You can cancel, in writing, your booking free of charge within 15 days of the date of the excursion. In case of cancellation after this period, a penalty equal to 50% of the amount paid will be applied and a 50% voucher will be issued for a future booking.

In the cancellation made 3 days before the excursion, there will be no refund. In the event that weather conditions do not allow the excursion to take place and it is not possible to find an alternative date, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid and a 50% voucher will be issued for a future booking.

The excursions will depart punctually at the agreed time as per the ticket received and at the place indicated in the booking confirmation, unless otherwise communicated to you within 24 hours before.

When booking, you will be notified of the Meeting Point, where each passenger must show up 15 minutes in advance; in the case of  delay, the Captain will wait 10 minutes, after which the moorings will be cast off and the latecomer will not be entitled to any refund.

In case of the excursion booked by a single group, any delay will not be recovered, as the return time to the port will always be the same, and the group will not be entitled to any discount. In the case of a group excursion, a delay of more than 30 minutes, not agreed upon, will result as the cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

Adverse weather conditions; if adverse weather conditions are forecast that do not allow safe navigation, the Captain has the right to cancel the trip, change the date of the excursion, or change the route, if there are stretches of water more suitable for navigation.

In these cases, the Captain’s decision is final, even if the weather conditions in port appear to be calm at the time of departure.

If the captain detects improper behavior on board, he will interrupt navigation, notifying the competent authorities if a criminal offense is identified.

– Life on board: On board, all passengers must strictly follow all instructions from the on-board staff. The luggage brought on board must be essential, contained in soft bags; it is necessary to wear suitable clothing for the outdoor excursion; the internal areas of the boat are not usable; there is a bathroom that can be accessed one at a time and only with the permission of the on-board staff; queues are not permitted inside the boat to access the bathroom; animals are not allowed on board; smoking is prohibited on board; it is prohibited to bring alcohol and drugs on board, or to use the on-board refrigerator; it is mandatory to use a towel whenever you sit on the external sofas of the boat or on any surface of it; the use of sunscreen must be limited and care must be taken to ensure that it does not come into contact with the surface of the boat, as it will stain it irreparably; avoid bringing spray creams on board; children must always be accompanied by their parents, who will be solely responsible for their behavior; when eating, everyone must use the utmost care not to dirty the boat, and avoid anything falling into the sea, such as glasses or plates.

Each passenger is responsible for his or her own luggage and personal accessories, as well as any damage that he or she may cause to other people, to himself or to the boat; he or she is responsible for the loss of snorkeling accessories provided; he or she is responsible for all activities in which he or she participates at his or her own risk, especially when, during the excursion, he or she leaves the boat to reach a beach, a cave, or simply to swim.

The on-board staff is not responsible for any damage or loss of property of the passenger; The passenger brings all his property on board at his own risk, and is responsible for damage to persons and/or things of the passengers, caused by entering or boarding a dock or vessel.

The passenger enters these areas entirely at his own risk. The on-board staff is not responsible for personal injury or damage of any nature, regardless of its cause, before, during or as a result of the trip. Damage caused by an intentional act or gross negligence is an exception. Legal damages are limited to the price of the service in question.

At the time of payment for the booking, the customer declares to be aware that all data requested and processed by CS at the time of booking, in the execution of the service and post-service will be processed with paper and/or computer tools only for the fulfillment of the requested purpose; furthermore, consent is given to the publication, in any form, of images or videos during the performance of the activity that portray the customer, unless there is an express written prohibition before boarding.

Any action that could cause damage to the terrestrial or marine environment is prohibited; we ask you to limit the use of plastic and to keep plates and glasses for the entire excursion, and to produce as little rubbish as possible.

The competent Court for problems inherent to this contract is that of the Court of Lanusei (NU)
